At Charmed Living Shop, we carefully select each home treasure with love and want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not perfectly charmed by your items, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on drinkware (Barware & Wine Tools, Drinkware categories) unless defective. All recordable storybooks are final sale due to their personalized nature.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use our return request template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Louisville address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your package
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (credit cards/PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping; we cover shipping costs for the replacement item

Damaged or Defective Items

If your charming treasure arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian destinations and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
