We’re delighted to share our collections with customers worldwide! Currently, we ship to most countries (excluding some Asian destinations and remote areas). Our system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your location during checkout.

We offer two charming delivery options:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivers in 10-15 business days after 1-2 days processing.
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivers in 15-25 business days after processing.

Every order is carefully hand-packed at our Louisville headquarters with protective care. Fragile items receive extra padding, and gift orders include your personalized message on a charming packing slip.

Absolutely! Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. If something isn’t quite right, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through our easy return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll happily cover the return shipping.

Most of our home décor pieces can be gently dusted with a soft cloth. For specific care instructions, please refer to the product packaging or contact our customer service team.

Many of our charming drinkware items are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing decorated or specialty items to preserve their beauty. Check individual product descriptions for specific care instructions.
